Agentic AI is changing the shape of work. All Present helps organisations renew what humans do in the room: with intent, with depth, and with the directness to move quickly.
What we do
The work is prescriptive enablement. Presence is the depth of attention and listening that lets you see how a business actually works. Prescription is the directness, earned after the listening, to name the new shape people need to step into.
Presence without prescription is facilitation that never lands. Prescription without presence is generic deck work. Other AI consultancies prescribe platforms, tools, and automation, and the story closes at "we adopted X". All Present prescribes human movement, and the story closes at "we became Y".

How it works
Sprint 1 is close listening with teeth: 1-on-1s across leadership and practitioners, a maturity assessment, direct provocations, and a structured playback.
Sprints 2 to 4 move into facilitated sessions, experiments inside defined containers, and two paired capability-carriers who stay with the work.
The default cadence is embedded: three days on-site, two days off-site for synthesis, planning, and making the next sprint useful.
Engagements draw from a menu of artefacts the work produces: playbooks, a living roadmap, an articulated strategy, paired individuals carrying capability forward, and architectural sketches where the work calls for them. The subset is calibrated to the engagement, not promised in advance.
For time-poor organisations, Flex mode stretches the timeline and moves more of the discovery and synthesis async.
